All riders must contact us and make a  booking before making payment. This can be done over the counter at your previous lesson, by email, or over the telephone if you prefer.

Remember, if you have pre-paid for your lesson or activity online, please print off, and bring your  receipt with you on the day of your ride.

New riders will need to contact us, and complete a registration form Click here to download).  You can print off this form at home and bring it with you completed, it will save time on the day.

Cancellations.

Please be aware, that we operate a 24hr notice of Cancellation policy. If you have booked a lesson or Hack, and are unable to attend for whatever reason, we will require at least 24hrs notice, either by email or telephone. Less than 24hrs notice of cancellation, will result in your activity being charged at full cost.
